WOOSTER — A lack of reliable transportation limited Glen DeHart’s employment prospects. He could only apply to jobs close to his home in Orrville and take the pay that was offered.

DeHart then got an interview at Speed North America in Wooster, but he informed the human resources coordinator that he couldn’t take the job because of transportation. She told him to look at the new Rural Mobility Solutions (RMS) program offered by Community Action Wayne/Medina.
